The Wistow Garden Center has been established and expanded recently to offer a wide variety of shops in a beautiful rural setting.

Wistow Garden Centre Hall’s 18th-century walled garden and the excellent listed vineyard were used as a nursery for several decades and are now home to Ken Bailey in Wistow and the charming Model Village. ‘Afternoon tea today at the Wistow garden Centre’
We had a table for 4 in a nicely decorated room. The presentation and variety of dishes were excellent. The staff kept checking that our tea was hot and the food was satisfactory.
They provide a wide variety of sandwiches, salads, fries and savoury minis, followed by a delicious selection of cakes and scones.
It is one among the best value afternoon teas I have ever enjoyed. Many thanks to the staff.

The staff are lovely/helpful and can supply my friend with soya milk with her tea/coffee. The cakes are delicious, as are the quick snacks for lunch Indoor and outdoor covered areas are full of cushions on the benches; if the weather is nice, the outdoor dining area is also nice. Probably more of a summer stop, but hot chocolate in the winter is also very appealing. I haven’t been to any theme nights, but they sound good. I hope to try one soon.

As regular Bistro visitors and due to our excellent food and service on our visits, we chose the Wistow Bistro for our engagement party.
Jane was excellent in helping me plan the event.
The evening itself was fantastic, and the quality and presentation of the food were excellent. The team made the place beautiful; we couldn’t have been happier. Thank you for making our party special.
‘The Best Afternoon Tea in the area!’
I went for afternoon tea here last week, and I have to say it was the best afternoon tea I’ve ever had! The staff is very helpful and makes you feel special. And the food is second to none. A great variety of cakes and sandwiches and an endless supply of tea/coffee. I would go back.

We had a fantastic night at Cafe Bistro Wistow yesterday. The food was amazing, and being a vegetarian and allergic to nuts, Jane made me an amazing meal, so thank you so much; Jane, the staff are great, the service is great, and nothing was wrong in asking too much of them.
